We are licensed to hold Civil Ceremonies & Civil Partnerships in two of our suites at Padbrook Park. The Padbrook Suite (this room can be divided into two sections or used as one suite depending on numbers) and the Fairways Suite.

If you do not meet the minimum numbers required for your chosen suite you will be charged an additional room hire charge. The amount you will be charged is negotiable, however the minimum amount payable will be no less £100.00. Your Wedding Planner will discuss additional room hire charges with you in more detail.

Please note that we require a confirmed final catering number and pre order a minimum of 14 days before your event date, and this number will be reflected in the final invoice. Final payment is required 14 days prior to the event.
Room hire charges will apply if final catering numbers fall below the 50% adult occupancy level of your chosen suite: please ask for details.
