Booking Conditions
Confirmation/ Deposit Requirements: A £5.00 per person deposit is required. Your completed booking form and deposit is required to secure your event. Deposit is accepted by cash, credit card or cheque made payable to Padbrook Park. Please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable.
Confirmation of Final Numbers: must be advised to the Club no later than 1 week prior to the day and this will be the number charged for. No further changes will be accepted. Final Payment will also be required 1 week prior to the event to qualify for any discounts
If Padbrook Park has to cancel a booking through no fault of our own (due to weather) we will strive to give at last 24 hour notice to the organiser. The deposit will either be refunded or transferred to another date.
